Our services…

What can you expect during the service?   All of our worship services include congregational hymn singing, Bible reading, prayer, giving, and a sermon.  Our Sunday morning service lasts about an hour and fifteen minutes, while our Sunday evening and Wednesday services generally last an hour.  We do not embarrass our guests by public introductions or recognitions, but we will ask if you could fill out a guest card so we can get to know you better.

Are there differences between the morning and evening services?   While both services contain similar elements, the content in each service is different.  In other words, the evening service does not repeat the morning service.

Is there something for the children?  Should you desire to have your younger children cared for during the services, we have wonderfully staffed nurseries for our infants and toddlers (ages 0-3).  All nursery workers are screened and have gone through a background check.  Our nurseries are organized and clean so you can rest assured that your child will be safe.  We have a special service on Sunday mornings for children four years old through first grade so that they may learn from the Bible in ways that they can better understand.

Will you be asked for money?   Our normal practice is to take an offering during the Sunday services.  However, as a guest, you are under no pressure to give.  We are delighted to have guests with us and we will simply ask you to place your guest card in the offering plate.

Should you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us and ask.
